1. What the program is
The program allows you to recommend people who wish to offer their vehicles on KORU. If the person you recommend signs up as a Partner through your link, you receive a reward for the rentals that Partner completes.
2. Reward
- 5% of each completed rental of the referred Partner, during the 3 months following their onboarding.
- The total per referred Partner is subject to a cap of $5,000 MXN.
- The reward is paid by KORU out of its own commission; it does not reduce what the Partner receives or change the price for the Customer.
- Only rentals that are paid, completed and free of disputes and refunds count.
3. How your recommendation is recognized
Your link stores a reference in the invited person’s browser for 30 days. If that person later uses another referrer’s link, the last link used counts.
4. Payment
- To get paid, you must accept these terms and register a bank account in your name, which is verified by Stripe.
- Amounts transferred are no longer available as a balance in KORU.
- Any taxes applicable to your rewards are your responsibility.
5. Misuse
You may not refer yourself, create fake accounts, offer payments in exchange for sign-ups or send unsolicited mass mailings. KORU may withhold or cancel rewards obtained in that way and terminate participation in the program.
6. Changes and end of the program
KORU may modify or terminate the program with prior notice on the Platform. Rewards already earned in accordance with these terms will be honored.
7. Personal data
We process your contact details, your payout account and your link’s records (clicks and sign-ups, without storing the visitor’s IP address) in accordance with the Privacy Notice. No information about your payments is shared with the referred Partner.
